I can't find where to add it

Check that your plan supports it. ChatGPT needs developer mode on Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu, on the web. A free Claude account can add only one custom connector. On Claude Team or Enterprise and Grok Business or Enterprise, an admin adds GAMES.GG first. See the setup article for your assistant in Use GAMES.GG with your AI assistant.

Sign-in does not finish

Finish sign-in on the GAMES.GG page the assistant opened, then approve. If no page opened, start sign-in again:

• Claude Code: claude mcp login games-gg, or /mcp, then Re-authenticate.
• Codex: codex mcp login games-gg.
• ChatGPT: run Scan Tools on the app again.
• Claude: remove the connector and add it again.

The assistant answers without GAMES.GG

Turn GAMES.GG on for the chat (Claude: +, then Connectors; ChatGPT: select it for each message). For Codex, follow Connect Codex. Codex may still choose web search even when GAMES.GG is connected. Ask "Use GAMES.GG for this" and name the game.

In a ChatGPT workspace, a tool error after a GAMES.GG update can mean the app needs a refresh. Ask a workspace admin to select Refresh on the app.

Deals or events are hidden

On a free account, Game Pass is not locked, other deal lists show 3 deals, and the calendar covers today and the next 6 days. GAMES+ unlocks the rest, with calendar questions of up to 12 months. One answer still lists only a few deals per list. With GAMES+, ask for one list to see more, or open the GAMES.GG deals page. Ask "Do I have GAMES+?" to check which account is connected. If you just upgraded, ask again.

There is no guide answer

Name the game and the boss, quest or item. GAMES.GG may not have a guide for it yet. An answer without a GAMES.GG link did not come from GAMES.GG.
