Why is my reward stuck on “minting”?

If your reward appears to be stuck on “minting,” this is usually a visual issue and not a failed reward.

What “minting” means

Minting refers to the process of creating and delivering an on-chain reward to your wallet.
During this process, the status may temporarily remain on “minting.”

What to do

  • In most cases, the status updates automatically

  • The issue often resolves within an hour

  • No action is required during this time

If the issue continues

If the reward still shows as “minting” after a longer period:

  • Refresh the platform and check again

  • Verify your wallet connection

  • Contact support and let the team know which quest and reward are affected
