General account and connection issues FAQ

GAM3S.GG allows users to connect social accounts, gaming platforms, and wallets to unlock features, quests, and rewards.
If you experience issues while connecting accounts or managing your profile, check the relevant section below.

I cannot link my X account

If you are unable to link your X account, try the following:

• Try using a different browser

• Check if your X account is already linked to another GAM3S.GG account

  • If so, log in to that account

  • Disconnect the X account

  • Then reconnect it to the correct account

If the account is not linked elsewhere, please share your GAM3S.GG username so the team can investigate.

I cannot link my Discord account

If you are unable to link your Discord account:

• Try using a different browser

• Check if your Discord account is already linked to another GAM3S.GG account

  • If it is, log in to that account

  • Disconnect Discord

  • Reconnect it to the correct account

If it is not linked elsewhere, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• Your Discord username

I cannot link my Steam account

If your Steam account will not link:

• Try using a different browser

• Check if your Steam account is already linked to another GAM3S.GG account

  • If it is, disconnect it from that account

  • Reconnect it to the correct one

If it is not linked elsewhere, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• Your Steam username

I cannot link my PlayStation account

If you are unable to link your PlayStation Network account:

• Double check the one time code for typos

• Make sure the code has not expired

• Try generating and redeeming a new code

If it still does not work, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• Your PlayStation Network ID

• The code you attempted to use

I cannot link my Epic Games account

If your Epic Games account is not linking:

• Try using a different browser

• Check if your Epic account is already linked to another GAM3S.GG account

  • If so, disconnect it from that account

  • Reconnect it to the correct one

If it is not linked elsewhere, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• Your Epic Games username

I cannot link my Battle.net account

If your Battle.net account will not connect:

• Try using a different browser

• Check if your Battle.net account is already linked to another GAM3S.GG account

  • If it is, disconnect it from that account

  • Reconnect it to the correct one

If it is not linked elsewhere, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• Your Battle.net username

My wallet says it is already connected to another account

If your wallet cannot be linked because it is already connected:

• Check if the wallet is linked to another GAM3S.GG account

• If it is, log in to that account and disconnect the wallet

• Then reconnect the wallet to the correct account

If the wallet is not linked elsewhere, please share:

• Your GAM3S.GG username

• The wallet address you are trying to connect

I accidentally created a new account. Can my accounts be merged?

Yes, in some cases accounts can be reviewed for merging.

Please provide:

• The username of your original account

• The username of the new account

The team will review the request and advise on next steps.

Why are my staked coins not visible or withdrawable?

If your staked tokens are not visible or cannot be withdrawn:

• Make sure the staking period has fully completed

• Go to the Stake section of the platform

• Check if a Withdraw option is available

If the staking period is still active, funds cannot be withdrawn until it ends.
