The Miner Rush quest on GAM3S.GG requires both platform actions and in-game progress to earn rewards.

Below are solutions to common issues.

Claiming rewards error

If you see an error when trying to claim your reward, this usually means the quest period has not ended yet.

Miner Rush rewards are distributed after the quest ends, not immediately when you complete it.

Please wait until the quest concludes. Rewards will be sent automatically once distribution begins.

If the quest has ended and your reward is still missing after processing time, contact support with the quest name and reward details.

In-game mission not verifying

If your in-game mission is not verifying, check the following:

Make sure you claimed the mission inside the game first

Before claiming the mission on GAM3S.GG, you must first complete and claim it inside the Miner Rush game.

In game:

1. Open Miner Rush

2. Complete the required mission

3. Go to your Home screen in the game

4. Claim the mission reward there

After doing this, return to the GAM3S.GG quest page and complete the mission on the platform.

Make sure you entered the correct RollerCoin ID

Verification depends on your RollerCoin ID being entered correctly in the quest form.

If the ID is incorrect, your progress cannot be tracked.

Where to find your RollerCoin ID

To find your RollerCoin ID in the game:

1. Open the game

2. Look at the top right of the screen

3. Click on My Profile

4. Locate your User ID

Copy this User ID and enter it exactly as shown into the quest form on GAM3S.GG.

Make sure there are no typos or missing characters.

• Double check your RollerCoin ID

• Make sure you claimed the mission inside the game

• Refresh the quest page after completing the in-game action
