Where can I find my reward?

This article explains where different types of rewards appear on GAM3S.GG and what to do if they are not visible.

GAM3S.GG offers different types of rewards depending on the quest, event, or campaign.

If you have won a reward, first make sure the quest or event shows that the reward was successfully earned. You can usually verify this in the quest details or in your profile activity.

Rewards appear in different locations based on their type. See the sections below to find your reward.

Codes

Reward codes can be found in your profile inventory.

Open your inventory and click on the item to view the code details.

NFTs

NFT rewards are delivered to your wallet.

Check the following locations:

  • Your G3 wallet

  • Your main wallet linked to your profile

  • The wallet widget at the top of the platform

NFT delivery may take some time depending on the network.

Whitelist spots

If you won a whitelist spot, your wallet address is sent directly to the project.

The project will add your wallet to their whitelist contract. These rewards do not appear in your inventory.

Steam rewards

Steam related reward codes can be found in your profile inventory.

Open your inventory and click on the item to view the code details

PlayStation rewards

If you won a PlayStation Network code and it is not visible, please open a support ticket in the GAM3S.GG Discord.

Discord is used for PlayStation reward support.

If you still cannot find your reward

If you have checked all locations and your reward is still not visible:

  • Confirm the quest shows the reward as completed

  • Refresh the platform and check again

  • Allow some time for delivery if the reward is on-chain

If the issue continues, contact support through Discord and include the quest name and reward type.
