Why can I not open my free Steam Box?

If you cannot open your Steam Box, check the following:

  • Make sure the quest, promotion or purchase was completed successfully

  • Confirm the box is visible in your profile inventory

  • If the box is out of stock, it cannot be opened until stock is replenished

If the box does not appear in your inventory, the reward may not have been granted yet.

Where is my Mystery Box reward?

After opening a Mystery Box, you can find your reward by:

  1. Going to your profile

  2. Opening the Collect section

  3. Clicking on Mystery Box

Your reward should be listed there.

Where is my Pokémon card NFT?

If you received a Pokémon card NFT from a Mystery Box or event, you can find it in your profile inventory.

Make sure your wallet is connected if the item is on-chain.

How do I transfer my NFT from Gacha to my wallet?

To transfer an NFT from Gacha to your wallet:

  1. Go to your profile and connect the wallet you want to send the NFT to

  2. Navigate to the main page

  3. Open the G3 Smart Wallet

  4. Select Withdraw

  5. Choose NFT

  6. Select the NFT you want to transfer

  7. Confirm the wallet where you want to send it

Once confirmed, the NFT will be transferred to the selected wallet.
